Polar, Antihero and New Balance Numeric's Intervals - a bumper month for video content

Polar, Antihero and New Balance Numeric's Intervals - a bumper month for video content

Three absolute bangers here, crossing most avenues in contemporary skating. First up is Polar's latest 'I don't even know how to f***king Airwalk'. This one harkens back to older Polar Skate Co videos in a lot of ways. The montage style and animations and cuts between the skating, the strong Memory Screen influence, unorthodox ripping on rough spots and Neil Blender singing. Released to coincide with Polar's two newest pros (Emile Laurent and David Stenström) being announced, along with great short parts from Dylan Mills and Aaron Herrington and cameos from the rest of the team. If you like skate videos with a distinct perspective and skaters who absolutely go in on some of the grimmest looking spots - you'll love this. Big up Polar.

Next up is the hugely anticipated three man 'full length' from New Balance Numeric AKA 'Intervals'. Polished, with good music and ridiculous skateboarding from all three main NB heads: namely Brandon Westgate, Tiago Lemos and Jamie Foy - this is a shoe brand release with old school aspirations. When the first trick of the video is a human ollieing from house-to-house, you just know that you're about to witness magic. We've been slow on posting this one for no reason other than being busy. New Balance Numeric running the shoe video output game right now.

Last but by no means least is the Antihero x NikeSB release shouting about the newest GT shoe. When you've got Gus Gordon, Grant Taylor, Daan, Nick Matthews and BA all going off and skating everything, then it's probably unnecessary to begin convincing you to watch it. Yes, it's sick. Go forth and feed the pigeons.
