We predominantly use Royal Mail to ship in the UK as they have a far better network over most couriers with options to collect from local post offices or main sorting offices as well as regular deliveries.

We also sometimes use DHL for next day on high value or oversize items.
You will receive a dispatch email when your purchase leaves Manchester and it will contain your tracking number with the method of shipping we have used.

Royal Mail and DHL will update you at regular intervals with the progress of your parcels journey. They will communicate through email and text and this is why it is always vital to provide a correct and up to date email Address and telephone number, help us to help you !

Royal Mail and DHL do not leave parcels on doorsteps like other couriers.

For Standard parcels into mainland Europe and rest of world we will use Royal Mail who will pass the parcel to the countries local delivery service ie in France it will be La Poste and in Germany it will be Deutchepost and USA will be USPS.

It is extremely important for you to provide the correct email and telephone number so the delivery service can contact you with a delivery date and time and let you know if they have attempted delivery and you were not home.

All delivery times are estimated but 95% arrive on or before the timescale we have indicated at purchase.

As soon as the parcel leaves Manchester we will email a dispatch notice with all the tracking information you need.
