Returns & Refunds
WE ARE EXTENDING RETURNS FOR TWO MONTHS DURING THE XMAS PERIOD.
Yes ! Of course you can return your item as long as it is as unused and fit for sale when it arrives back with us. we do inspect all returns before authorising a refund or exchange.
It needs to be in its original packaging and with tags, unworn and not used, we do understand you may try on shoes and clothing indoors at least once.
We also would like you to respect a time frame of 30 days to make any return. This is usually extended to two months prior to Christmas.

It is your responsibility to cover any return postage costs and also your responsibility to provide tracking and proof of delivery.
We understand from time to time you may need to exchange your item for a different size or colour item and this is no problem if you follow some simple rules.
Just like any other Black Sheep return it is your responsibility to return the item and also just like other returns it needs to be new with tags and packaging. We do appreciate you may have tried on a pair or shoes or any clothing item indoors once.
If you can provide original purchase information with all the details we need to exchange we will send out the new size or colour item for FREE on the first occasion.
If you return the item or items within our specified time frame and the goods are fit for resale we will refund the item in full via your original payment method.
Your return must include the original or a copy of your original invoice as this will have all the details we need to process your return. Your original invoice will have been sent with your item in paper form and emailed to you also.
Please specify in writing that would like a refund or exchange with all the details of what you want to exchange for.
Most refunds will take 3-5 working days for banks to process after they have arrived back with us.
Faulty goods are extremely rare because of the standard of products we sell but we do accept there can be manufacturing issues every now and again. We inspect all goods before they leave for delivery to minimise any problems even further. If you believe you have a faulty product please contact us with details and photographs and we will inform you of the next course of action.
We do not manufacture the goods we sell so it is the responsibilty of the manufacturer to replace any faulty items, which we will deal with on your behalf.
We are experts in what we do so "WE" will decide where possible if goods are faulty or not, other than that we will send the item to the manufacturer to inspect and decide.
The customer does not decide if goods are faulty and for that reason the returns cost is not paid for until we decide they are actually faulty, once decided we will refund returns postage costs in full to a maximum of £5 in the UK.
Due to the nature of skateboarding we do not accept snapped decks, flat spotted wheels and broken trucks etc that have all been broken through unreasonable force.
