I cannot find Klarna pay in 3 option ?

Klarna is not available as an express checkout so you need to follow the complete checkout process to find the option to pay later or split your order total into 3 monthly payments.

What is Klarna ?
Klarna is a Swedish payment  provider to more than 170,000 online stores. Over 60 million consumers worldwide have trusted Klarna to securely handle their payments.

How does pay in 3 work ?

You will need to be found in the Klarna database to be offered 3 pay or pay later so Klarna will look at the address provided to find evidence you are a registered at that address. If you are already a Klarna customer then no problem at all.

You also do not have to wait to pay in 3 payments if you change your mind, you can pay your Klarna at any time in full so the whole process is very flexable to suit your needs.

Once your order is completed , you will receive an email with payment instructions from Klarna.

Do I need to be eligible for Pay later?

Yes !  You must be at least 18.

You can improve your chances of being offered Pay later and Pay in 3 by ensuring you provide your full name and accurate address details and shipping to your registered billing address.

Why have I not been offered Pay later?

Pay later is not always available to everyone. The Pay later method is generated by algorithms that are dependent upon a number of factors including amount of order, the online store, previous order history . Alternatively, you are able to complete your order by paying by credit or debit card at the checkout.

What payment options are available with Klarna?

You can pay with debit or credit card immediately in the checkout or take advantage of the Pay later payment options which to pay the full amount within 30 days or to split the total order value into three payments over three months.

What happens if I cancel or return my order ?

As soon as we have accepted your return, then Klarna will cancel any outstanding balance and refund any monies already paid within 5 working days and be refunded to the method you used to pay with.

What happens if I don’t pay for my order ?

Klarna will alert you two days before payment is due and you will receive email reminders to pay. If you fail to pay Klarna for your order, your credit score will be affected and action will be taken to retrieve the oustanding amount by Klarna.

How will I pay Klarna ?

Klarna will provide all the information needed to pay for your order with links to their website or the App if you have installed it. You can then pay via bank transfer or all standard debit/credit cards.

Is my payment information safe?
All Card information is processed securely by Klarna. No details are transferred to or held by Black Sheep Store. All transactions take place via Secure connections using the latest industry standard security protocols.

Can I pay before the due date?

You can pay for your order at any point after you receive the email from Klarna with the details of your payment on. Just follow the instructions on this email to pay for your order.
