Wayward Skateboards, also known as Wayward London, is a skateboard brand based in Spitalfields, London, and is headed up by Daniel 'Snowy' Kinloch, a member of the skate family PWBC (Palace Wayward Boys Choir).
Wayward offers skateboard decks and a range of skate clothing. Their team includes riders such as Calvin Ligono and Faro Phiri who represent the brand.
Wayward Skateboards is run by Daniel Kinloch, also known as Snowy, and James Edson, who curated and ran the famous Wayward Gallery in East London prior to starting the brand. Snowy was a pro skater for Landscape Skateboards and was featured in their classic video, Portraits, as well as the Static series. Both Snowy and Edson were part of the influential PWBC (Palace Wayward Boys Choir) during a significant period in London's skateboarding history, and they came together to create Wayward with the aim of giving back to skateboarding and leaving their mark on the culture. Wayward skateboard decks feature bold graphics and are available online, including their SS21 collection, along with apparel such as hoodies and t-shirts. Wayward Skateboards is known for selling well in Selfridges, a high-end department store, which speaks to the brand's popularity and reputation.
Not be confused with Wayward Wheels, founded by Andrew Brophy and Benny Fairfax, is a skateboard wheel company that offers a great product at an affordable price. They have both round and funnel cut wheels, which are designed for skateparks or street skating.
