Baghead Crew Satan, Krooked in the UK and Mike Arnold for adidas
March! As if! Back again with new goodies courtesy of the Baghead Crew Satan video, the Krooked Skateboards recent UK jaunt and Bristol's tallest, Mike Arnold, dropping a shoe with adidas skateboarding. Not bad for one week in, eh? First up, Baghead Crew Satan. We've long been fans of Forde Brookfield's output but with this Baghead Crew Satan piece, he's outdone himself. Clocking in at 45 minutes, this one offers up full sections from Myles Rushforth, Mani Haddon, Seb Batty, Chris Pulman, Tom Day, Mike Simons, Dead Dave, Rasheed Osman and, in the biggest UK skate video coup of recent memory, the welcome return to our screens of Accrington visionary and skateboarding genius Chris 'Avi' Atherton. Strong line up indeed, plus appearances from even more associated heads spanning most of the country. Forde and co have been on a spot hunting mission for Baghead Crew Satan and it shows. Ditches galore, all manner of street tranny oddities, carparks and general crust gets served. You're going to struggle to find a more eclectic mix of terrain, style and skaters anywhere in contemporary skate video land if I'm honest. Lots of great music too - spanning everything from angry Nordics to psychedelia - Forde really has outdone himself here. No further words of encouragement should be needed. Go watch Baghead Crew Satan NOW! Next up, the official video kronicleing (see what I did there?) Krooked Skateboards recent UK tour. I mean what do I really need to tell you for you to be keen to watch this? Gonz sessioning Hackney pumps with kids? Yep - in there. Krooked crew featuring Mike Anderson, Una Farrar, Andrew Wilson and more hitting up spots in Birmingham, London and Leeds? Yeah, that's covered. Guest appearances from Tom Knox (is he on Krooked yet?) and our very own Harry Lintell? No struggle. And a very, very excellent use of one of The Fall's greatest tunes for the Leeds section. Come on! For us, Krooked Skateboards can do no wrong - watch this and get hyped to skate. Spring is almost here. Well, minus the polar snow storms coming next week but, hey ho. Last but by no means least is the short clip announcing Mike Arnold's new adidas skateboarding shoe which you can see (and buy) below. Very interesting silhouette on this one reaching deep into adidas huge back catalogue. Peep the video, teleport yourselves to Stalin Plaza/Letna Park in Prague and pick up some new kicks. Win win.
